Experience & Skills
- Inside sales experience is a major asset
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Knowledge of website analytics tools as asset (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google console)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing software
- Above average attention to detail
- Ability to work within tight time frame's and project deadlines
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Resposibilities
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Share product/service information to customers
- Place phone calls to customers and update database and schedule appointments
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions from prospects to management
- Send periodic follow-up emails on progress
- Nurture leads while using lead scoring after collecting data points from prospects.
- Staying engage with prospect through the M.A.S (Marketing Automation Software)
- Manage landing page lead capture
- Manage social media lead capture etc etc
